We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and location. If you’re dreaming of something grand or highly customized, we suggest allowing a bit more time so every detail can be perfectly arranged. That said, if you have a last-minute idea, let us know and we’ll always do our best to make it happen.

From there, you can add personal touches such as flowers, live music, fire works, or a private dinner — it’s all about what feels right for you.
To confirm your date, we require a deposit of 50%. The balance is due at least 1 week before the event. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods.

We always check the forecast on the day to have the most accurate information. If it rains, we can either move the event under a bridge or shift to an alternative location. Flexibility is key — your moment will still be magical, whatever the weather.
Some of our exclusive venues even offer indoor spaces, allowing you to stay sheltered while still enjoying a beautiful view.
We understand delays can happen. We allow a grace period of around 15–20 minutes. Beyond that, it may reduce the time available for your session, but we’ll do our best to adapt. Communication is essential — just let us know as soon as possible.
With our regulars photographers you’ll receive a preview selection within 24–48 hours, and your fully edited gallery usually within 1–2 weeks, depending on your package. We can also provide express delivery options if needed.

On the morning of your proposal, we’ll create a shared conversation with your on-site team (planner, photographer, videographer, musician…).
